The Student Service Center (CSC) "Q" UNIVERSITY was created to provide educational services and information and advisory assistance to students, to ensure the availability of services and assistance on the principle of "one window".
 
The main goal of the DSP is to maximize and comprehensively improve interaction with the student community, eliminate bureaucratic barriers and corruption risks in the University-Student interaction system, and duplicate actions in the provision of services.
 
The task of the DSP is the quality, accessibility, transparency, continuous improvement of the services provided, timely processing of applications received, provision of information and advisory assistance to students, teaching staff and employees.
 
An electronic queue management system is functioning.
There are waiting areas in the lobby, a buffet is located nearby, videos on job training are being broadcast on the web portal of the Electronic Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which creates comfortable waiting conditions for students.
In order to implement the state program "Digital Kazakhstan", to optimize the business processes of providing state and educational services in electronic format, types of services consisting of state and educational services are provided. This form of service provision allows you to reduce the time for reviewing applications, minimize the participation of students in the preparation of documents, and eliminate corruption risks.

 

SUBMITTING AN ONLINE APPLICATION

Online applications for services are submitted through the university's website https://www.q-university.kz  in the section "Educational process – Virtual DSP", as well as in the NAO "State Corporation. Government for Citizens" (PSC) or send an application through the web portal of the "Electronic Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
